Feels so good flying with your actual hands. it really sets this game apart from a VR standpoint. The Cessna feels like 99% same as real life.
Only thing missing (besides ATC) would be a map in the cockpit. Everything else is so real it had me looking around for my foldable map!
I tried it with a Lenovo explorer and had no problem. I use a joystick with my left hand though and control the instruments with right hand.
Hey I figured it out in case anyone else needs this. I used a free program called X mouse button control that lets you map the mouse wheel to any key press.
very easy to set up takes like 2 minutes.
Now I have a "real" trim wheel!
If possible I would like to be able to assign mouse wheel to elevator trim. realize that you can do it while mouse hovering over the trim wheel but this often causes me to lose the plane while hunting for the mouse cursor instead of flying.
It would be very helpful if I could just "reach" for the trim wheel on the mouse without worrying about centering the cursor.
What do you guys think?
