What VR headset for Aerofly FS4 is recommended if I'm using a MacBook Air M2? The framerate on MAX is absolutely smooth as silk so I'm hoping to find a VR headset that will work.

How is the software updated if purchased through the Mac App Store? I have an older version and it never updates.

I'm also on Mac and am unable to add planes. Very frustrating.
