How exactly do I download/add repaints to the PC version?

I'm not sure if it's possible to shutdown/start up the engines in the Learjet. If there is a way please let me know because I would like to have the engines off when I am grounded.

Ive been playing for a while and I don't have an A380 but I keep hearing about it. How do I get the A380? Also I was wondering if we are ever going to see more airliners like a newer 737,MD80,CRJ? One last question for this post. How do I shutdown the engines in the F-18 and F-15.
