That's probably what most people do, but I'm coming from planes, so landing a Heli is quiet hard for me ;).
Also, there is one push button on cyclic to disengage all the AutoPilot functions.

Fasten seat belts switch is present in overhead panel(Real Concorde).

I know this is not as simple as it sounds, but it would be great if you made some trijets classic airliners, like the DC-10 or MD-11, Boeing 727 or a L1011 Tristar.

We are working on many planes (just look at the number of planes in my list)... that one won't be available any time soon. Some planes take upwards of 1000 hours to complete when they have a lot of system depth.
That's why we only annouce them to you when they are ready, like with the UH-60.
There is one picture floating around on beta testing (Android/,iOS)...

Little confused as to why we need to turn these things back on to shut down after flight as per the tutorial....??
- Set the FUEL PUMP switch to APU BOOST
- Set the APU CONT switch to ON
- Wait for the APU ON light
- Set the APU GEN switch ON
You'd lose all of your ac power if you turn your engines off..
And we don't want that!
So APU is turned on before complete shutdown.
