I have difficulty finding on Google images the real difference b/w aibrakes and spoilers.
They seem to be located at the same place on the wing.
Am I wrong?
Does it depend on the planes? Some have spoilers and others airbrakes but having both is unikely?
I'm talking about airbrakes on fuselages or tails.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
Not obvious to taxi on an airfield without a map.
Possible to have a map pop up on the Android version?
-
So kind of you to answer so quickly and precisely.
Thx

Hi,
Where's the cold and dark mission in the 2022 Android version?
Thx
-
Can you tell me which mission includes a "dark and cold"?
Thx

Hi,
Congrats on your new Android version of Aerofly.
Looking forward to HD maps of France though.
The missions are a real plus but having to unlock them is the same bad idea as it was for the school drills in the 2021 version. We should be given the possibility to access any one of them.
All the best and happy new year to the whole team.

The only thing Aerofly Mobile needs to become a unique and unavoidable app is a feature that explains what to do/where to click or look at (with bubbles or arrows or...) to take off, fly and land in any location and situation chosen by the user.
-
It is going to be a new application that can be installed independently of Aerofly FS 2021. So you can keep Aerofly FS 2021, you don't have to delete it.
Hello,
When is it due?
How much is it going to cost?
I've also read there will be a dark and cold mode. Will there be a help feature (highlighting in the correct order the different instruments needed?
All the best,
-
To get the plane to take off and land, not much is required on the Android Sim.
The cockpit is realistic and gorgeous but if I do anything wrong, it won't change much.
It would be so nice to get tested in a cold and dark situation!
It would be great to be tested in any type of situation.
Shouldn't it be the purpose of a Flight Sim? Learn and then get tested.
As gorgeous as the Sim may be, it becomes quickly boring to just get the plane up in the air.

Thx for your answer, JP.
I agree that using the copilot and paying close attention can teach you a couple of things. If you already know where to look at. Aerofly is great when it comes to recreating realistically the interior of the cockpit. That's for sure.
Yet, a rookie like me is going to miss a lot doing just that.
I think my idea is great but I'm afraid I'm not going to convince a lot of Aerofly Simmers with it.
I will have tried.

Ok, I know, I can spend a lot of time watching YT videos or reading tutorials.
Yet, if I could also learn/teach more quickly what to do to get a plane to take off or land, it would certainly be more fun.
Let me be more specific.
Imagine I turn on the AP to take off and then a few seconds after rotating, I stop and replay, switching to the cockpit PoV where I can look at a series of arrows or bubbles, appearing in order, that point at the different instruments and procedures needed for take off.
That would be the ultimate Flight school for my secondary school students.
-
Please, add a kick-ass tutorial feature that points at the different instruments or buttons the pilot has to push or take into account when taking off, landing or even flying.
-
Thx, Kishan. I'll go and have a look.

Hello,
On a Cessna, is there an instrument for the exact distance (on earth) travelled?
More particularly, how can I measure from point A to B at any time during my flight?
Thx
-
Thanks for your patience, Jan.
So I can safely conclude that it's the force of wind that makes the propeller spin.
I have plenty of stuff to say about what could be done in terms of help and tutorial but it will be for another time.
Have a nice day.
-
Thx for your answer, Jan. I didn't catch your drift but thx.
I'm aware this question may sound utterly dumb and devoid of interest for an expert.
I'm not trolling yet. I'm as rookie as can be. I was just surprised that, with Ignition OFF and 0 Throttle, the engin could continue revving.
-
Hi everybody,
At 30 000 feet, 0 throttle, I decided to dive for fun.
Then the propeller started to spin and the sound of engine made itself heard.
Realistic?
-
Hi,
How long can an F18 keep its straight and level when the throttle is at 0%?
I cut it at 50,000 feet and was surprised that the plane stayed S&L for so long.
Thanks in advance. A rookie's question indeed.
