I can not figure this out for the life of me. I can do everything up until time to descend. When I pass through the T/D, the plane does not descend. There is altitudes in the Legs page, VNAV is on. It also won’t let me put any information in the VNAV page for descent. How do I properly use VNAV?

I assume you are referring to the copilot overlay because only some aircraft have and autopilot in the cockpit but all have the copilot interface. What route are you flying?
Any route I do. I might just not be doing something right, but I’m referring to the co-pilot panel that comes up on the screen, if I put on the navigation on that, it will climb and cruise at desired altitude, but then the descent is where the issue is.

I don’t know if anybody else experiences this, but on every single flight the autopilot descends way to early. It will start descending, and still like 50 miles out, it will be at 3.5K-1K feet.

The Copilot Feature will bring you up to a insane altitude for the distance your flying and it does not descent correctly or at all. You will still be 3K feet above the runway for examples.
