Hello @ipacs please can you port the airports from high settings to medium settings. Most of the airports in medium settings are lacking lots of details and some buildings compared to the high settings. The quality of the airports in high settings are the same with that of fs2023. Alot of us can't run the sim on high settings because of the heavy impact the 3d cities have on fps. please make the buildings on medium settings as detailed as that of the high settings. Thanks.

But surely there's a limit? Or would you have to manually delete the cache?
I think we have to manually do it. I also don't think deleting manually would be a good idea cause the data is huge. There are folders for airports, elevation, cultivation, images e.t.c

The storage isn't fixed, the size increases after every flight you make. Eventually it will surpass fs2023 depending on the number of flights you make

I agree withmost of the thing you said, but a maximum of 15 players in a server is really small. You'll hardly see any other planes because of the size of the global map. Rfs for example allows upto 100 players in a server and You'll hardly see other aircrafts unless you're flying to the few major airports

Your phone appears to be old (Software and hardware wise), and alongside has a weaker chipset compared to Snapdragon counterparts, so I think it's mainly a device problem
It isn't a device problem,if it was it wouldn'thave been running perfectly on the previous android 11, or my previous weaker android 9 device

What device do you have and have you tried lowering the graphics settings?
Please try the OpenGL and Vulkan renderer if that makes any difference.I have a samsung s10 exynos version. I tried lowering the graphics but the issue still persists. The problem only happens when using the opengl renderer, it works fine with vulkan, but the sim looks blurry on vulkan.

Hello @ipacs, i have been facing some issues with aerofly fs global when using the cumulus clouds. Every time i use the cumulus clouds(any density), my sim flickers when panning and the game keeps freezing for some seconds, sometimes it even crashes to home screen. It runs fine when using the cirrus clouds. The problem started after i updated my phone to android 12 from android android 11, it was running fine on android 11,so i think it might be an issue with android 12. I'm running the sim on a samsung s10 device equipped with exynos 9820. The problem exists in fs2023 too. Is there anyone here who is running aerofly on android 12 that faces the same problem? Thanks for reading

If you fly back the same route the data consumption should be very small if the caching is working correctly.
Ok thanks.

Hello @ipacs, is there a way to reduce the data consumption of aerofly fs global?
I made a short flight from sbgr-sbgl,almost and hour flight and it consumed almost 1gb of data even though i was running the sim on medium settings with very few buildings.
I used to have rfs and xplane and the data consumption per hour flight wasn't more than 300mb. I know aerofly is much more graphical intensive than both, but i hope the data consumption can be reduced to 500mb per hour or so. Thanks

No Bridgetown? Does anything come up if you search Barbados or Grantley Adams instead?
Okay Dakar is fine, just need it for a stop on Paris to rio
I don't thinl there is barbados either, there is grantely adams though

What about the performance? I’ve got an iPhone 11 and I don’t know if that’s enough…
It should be enough. I run the sim on a samsung s10 which is inferior to an iphone 11 and it runs the sim well on medium settings. I used to run fs2023 perfectly on high settings, but the high settings of fs global comes with lots of 3d city buildings which really takes a toll on performance. I just wish the medium settings had airport objects like static cars and trucks, more static aircrafts, some airport light poles like the high settings on fs2023 had. The airports kinda looked dry.

The A380 model received massive improvements and several repaints received updates as a result.
Thanks. Great work on the 739 also, it's the best plane I've flown in a long time.

By the way, how is the new scenery like? Does loading take longer? Is the scenery the same quality as AF23 especially in Europe and east USA?
Loading time is quite similar to that of fs2023,and the scenery in europe and east usa is actually better that afs2023. It look similar to the scenery of the previous closed beta version of afs2023

awww, can anyone with FS global already check if bridgetown BGI and dakar DSS are in the sim? both are concorde routes (dakar is a stopover on Paris CDG to Rio de Janeiro GIG) and since we have global im flying it a lot more than LHR-JFK this coming year..
I didn't find Bridgetown. Dakar is in the sim,but the airport isn't fully developed yet

At the moment the aircraft can only be pushed back. The controls are just your normal throttle slider to control the speed and the left right motion to steer the nose wheel just like without pushback. Only that now the truck maneuvers in such a way that the nose wheel is turned as you command it. It's actually not too difficult but I guess a tutorial would be a good idea.
A tutorial would be really nice.😊

I don't think the planes can be pulled forward. The pushback works by using the throttle to increase the pushback speed. I don't know if it's from my side, but i find it hard while pushing the airplane to the right or left. The plane turns really slow

LOL that actually works, thanks a lot man
You're welcome. Glad i could help

Here are the steps:
-
I'm talking about AFS22
Here it is. Follow the steps i told you,go to your budget and history,it's there
