Can you please try if the issue goes away if you deploy both HUDs, the left and right?
I also encountered the same problem in AEROFLY FS 4, and lowering both HUDs at the same time did not solve the problem

You can move the view around freely inside the cockpit. The commands to do so move the camera a bit too slow though...
But they didn't work well and couldn't make the effects of Figures 1 and 3

There is one camera view which adds a HUD in each airplane.
Unfortunately it's a lot of work to add in a HUD in the virtual cockpit because of the required model and texture rework. It can be done but in my opinion too few real world a320 currently have the HUD to make the time investment worth it.
