I just programmed a joystick button to turn on/off pushback in VR . Works great 😃

I added some joystick buttons to adjust the viewpoint left right forward back on the hat switch and a couple of buttons for up and down. This works well and allows me to adjust my 'seat position'
Also i think theres a setting in virtual desktop or steam to reset your head position
Hope that helps

Looks fantastic. Is there a guide on how to install this for newbies as I've never added scenery before. Cheers Steve

If it helps 'OVR toolkit' on steam allows you to import windows into VR. I use it with afs4 for charts etc and it works really well. Cheers

Hi Jan,
Sorry, wasn't very clear in my first post. The assistance works great when you are pilot flying but what I was looking for is the copilot doing the takeoff , flying the route etc but I operate the flaps/gear etc as pilot monitoring.
I think when you have the copilot switched on it does everything for you. So it would be nice to have some options.
I might be an odd one in that I like to fly in the first officers seat and act as PNF !
Obviously nothing urgent though, im sure you a plenty busy with other more important stuff. So just a note for a later date😀

Hi Jan,
I wondered if it would be possible in a future update to have some options for the tasks the copilot performs- similar to the flight assistance options.
It would be nice to be able to fly as captain and just have them operate the gear and flaps or, if you want to act as a first officer they do the takeoff and you operate the flaps/gear and lights etc
Cheers

Thanks Jan, tbh it's the first time I tried the tiller !

Hi Jan,
Been flying the 787 in VR and can confirm the FO flight controls are now the correct way round. However the tiller is still reversed on the FO side and thought I would let you know.

Hi jetpac,
Thanks for fixing the 787 yoke in the last update. Much appreciated!
I had another observation you may want to take a look at:
I noticed that the airport terminal lighting like parking area floodlights and gate lighting quite often only appears in the left eye when using VR. The right eye has the lights off.
Im using an Asus Rog ally with a Quest 3 in VR and I'm amazed that AFS4 runs really well on such a small handheld device.
Cheers

Thanks, not that I can think of. I'll let you know if I find any more.

Just a quick one for the devs,
I noticed the other day that the 787 forst officers yoke works in reverse when you are using vr controllers (captain works fine)
Cheers
