In the beta the subscription is active for only 30 minutes. Then you have to renew it. That is because it's a free test subscription and Google won't allow it to be available longer from what I understand.

I would say that internal beta testing gives IPACS some great insights, but opening it up to more users in a beta version will let them gather feedback from a wider range of people maybe that helps them to fine-tune the app before the big release

Beta won't include your normal Simulator subscription.
The purpose of Beta is to help the team test and improve the new versions, but it won't include any payment or subscription.
How is that even possible? It kept all my aircraft purchases so it should also keep my subscription

Same happned with mine, just remove the beta and go back to the regular app
I kinda would like to have the beta so once A321 is out on IOS i can test it out, so I hope someone from IPACS Support or Jet-Pack (IPACS) can help me

I've got a couple of questions. Firstly, does anyone know if the AeroFly developers are working on a feature that allows us to adjust fuel, passenger, and cargo numbers based on the route and aircraft?
Secondly, is there an option to view our estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the arrival airport? If already there is that option , could someone please tell me on how to view it? Thanks!

The source of the crash is most likely the memory limitation on iOS. When the app loads too much data the iOS just decides to close it. So we have to reduce the amount of details at airports even more now.
It's really quite sad to even think about. I mean, airports are really incredible as they are now. And I always believed that iOS and iPadOS devices, like mine, could handle running these types of games effortlessly.
Ok, we think we found the issue here. In some regions the files from our streaming service were broken. We have resetted and updated the servers now and the fix should be available within a few hours.
To be on the safe side, please uninstall Aerofly FS Global and reinstall again.
So, is this the primary reason behind it, or does what Jet-Pack said also apply to the situation?

I just updated my iPadOS to version 17.4 and app crashes are gone for now, I hope this helps some of you.
Would be nice to hear from the devs about what could be the source of this problem

At this point its all of them, sometimes I cant even spawn, sometimes I spawn and the game crashes 5seconds after Jet-Pack (IPACS)

Hey everyone,
Im very new to the AeroFly Global game and community, I have been playing for 2 weeks now and I never ever suffered app crashes.
Since I bought the B735 (today) and the MAX9 (yesterday) I have been experiencing multiple app crashes when im trying to spawn in an airport at this point the app is completely unplayable cause I cant do nothing. I have already uninstalled and installed the app but it didn’t helped.
Looking forward for a reply of someone that can help.
