When i want to descend and i put my altitude it says in the tutorial that i have to press the altitude button to be in managed mode but on mobile when i press it nothing happens

How can i make a flight plan? Simbrief doesnt work for aerofly cuz there are routes in simbrief that are not in aerofly so what can i do
