I think the Sling 2 would be a fantastic addition in the sim, this would be a dream for anyone who likes a responsive, tactile experience .The handling is often described as harmonized or fighter-like. It’s not twitchy, but it’s incredibly precise.
It’s is an aircraft that rewards good stick-and-rudder skills. It’s a modern classic that represents South African engineering on the global stage, and it offers a sporty alternative to the traditional Cessnas and Pipers.![]()

We are currently not working on any A330 or A330neo aircraft, but a user is making an A330 for Aerofly FS 4 in their free time.
Could we please get a clue or a hint on what your next aircraft will be 🤔

There’s no improper indication to tell if the aircraft is in trim or not , that what my suggestion is about
-
Almost all Airbus planes have auto trim, and the 787 also has auto trim.
Yeah it’s Airbus’s philosophy
-
thats why we have buttons on the yoke:) to adjust if you cant fine change then use the big spiny spiny one
Yeah but we can’t do that on mobile , it would be a nice function if we could
-
there’s auto trim in the 737 when you hit a certain speed you will hear it irl go EUUUUUUUUUUUU
But the pilot would still have to trim for configuration change
-
No, and for one reason, realism. Aerofly is meant to be realistic, and only having trim in the cockpit is how. There’s also auto trim that’s in the settings. But I understand this for people who want more casual unrealistic flying.
This would make the game more realistic… a conveniental doesn’t automatically trim for you… using your narrative there are already rudder , flap and throttle settings that can be used outside the cockpit but that is not unrealistic at all …

Some time ago, I tried to get a monthly subscription to Infinite Flight. I have to say that I personally did not like this trimmer control scheme. In my opinion, the most convenient option is an automatic trimmer like Aerofly. That is, if we talk about the mobile version, then Aerofly has the most convenient layout of automatic adjustment of steering surfaces for comfortable mobile gaming.
What didn’t you like about it ? I think the problem with the automatic trimmer is that it kills the joy of flying a Boeing or any other conventional plane cause we might as well stick to flying Airbus all the time

We need the 787 9
I think that the current 78X first needs to be improved before adding the other variants

Yurp found out the hard way in my case
What’s was the hard way of finding out 😭

On mobile the assistance for auto-trim is also active per default which means its trimming for you.
So I can’t trim it myself on mobile ?😭

The 777 and 787 are fly by wire aircraft where pitch trim inputs adjust the trimmed airspeed during flight. Trimming nose down increases the internal target airspeed and the aircraft will have a simulated natural tendency to fly towards that airspeed.
The manuals are not very clear as to what happens if you fly with auto-throttle engaged and use pitch trim inputs. Currently we don't simulate any cross-talking between auto-throttle target speed and fly-by-wire target trim speed. This means if the auto-throttle is controlling for speed by throttle adjustments and the fly-by-wire is controlling for speed by pitch adjustments this can escalate towards either full climb thrust or full idle thrust. It's not stable long term. If you fly with flight directors on, auto-throttle in CLB or IDLE then your fly by wire pitch trim still controls the airspeed as usual. So ideally you then fly with auto-throttle off or, you need to find the sweet spot where the fly-by-wire trim speed matches the auto-throttle target airspeed.
If I’m using mobile though , how would I know if I’m off trim ?

I’m not too familiar with flying Boeing aircraft . But in terms of trimming the aircraft I know that is done when there is a speed change however is there still a need to do so if the A/T can maintain the speed for us ?
-
Might depend on the specific aircraft. If an aircraft is sold with the HUD they are probably not going to remove it.
Just to add on ,SAA’s A359s also had no HUDs
-
Of course, we have a lot things that we're working on in the background

The LATAM livery is also planned for the A319.
Jet-Pack (IPACS) is SAA’s livery also included ? 🙏
-
Please don’t forget about SAA’s amazing livery
-
Will we ever get the IAE V2500 engine option for the A320 ?
-
In theory yes, but it only makes sense with two sidesticks, so I don't see much use.
I think it would be a good addition to the game’s system depth

Can we get a functional priority button
