V0.8 has just shipped and its a big one.
- New Update Incoming Performance Ratings Fuel Efficiency - roll based on:
- Weather (headwinds/storms = worse)
- Aircraft generation (neo/MAX = better base odds)
- Route distance (longer = more variance)
- Pilot hours on type (experience = better fuel mgmt) Landing Quality - roll based on:
- Weather at arrival (crosswind, visibility)
- Fatigue at landing
- Hours on type
- Aircraft category (widebody harder)
- 'On Time' (Logging Completed Flights)
- < 15 min of landing: = +0.3 "Prompt log"
- 15 min to 1 hour: = 0.0 neutral
- 1-3 hours: = -0.2 "Delayed log"
- 3+ hours: = -0.5 "Late log"
- AI VOICE ACARS
- During a flight only
- Playback on PRO AI ACARS tab
- Don't need to be on the flight tab, can be anywhere in game
- Waiting to be approved on Google Play Store

This is not actually new, the A320 has had this for many years. But the threshold for the temperature is lower on the A321 series, because it needs to absorb more energy during a rejected takeoff, therefore the brakes need to be a bit cooler prior to takeoff.
I gotta ask though, out of pocket but surely you've thought of becoming a pilot no?
