What’s the visibility scale ?
Like when it’s toggled to Max what do we have ? 50Km? It’s to approximately set accurate viability for my flights based on real life weather

Hi,
I have a MacBook Pro (most recent) and I was wondering how good Aerofly runs on Mac.
Additionally I wanted to know if you think it’s better on the Mac or iPad . I’ve been using the mobile version on my iPad for a year now.
Eventually, I want to invest in the Airbus thrust master & joystick to start using Aerofly on Mac instead of the iPad mobile version.
Thanks for your help !
The other B737… we need B737 Max 8, B737-800NG, A350-900 not only -1000.
This is important as most liveries and realistic routes are in the other variants !! And I believe this would be a faster thing to do.
Then maybe we can consider A330.
It would be great if we could include more detailed weather options. For instance, we could include visibility in kilometers, cloud height in feet, and wind speed in knots. This would make it easier to set the options and match the real-life weather more accurately.
We make the longest variants first because it is easier to remove sections and leave parts of the texture blank than it is to squeeze in extra details on a texture that is already full.
Ah cool. So you could potentially add the Max 8 and 737-800 and A350-900 in the future ?
Or shall we wait Aerofly Global 2025 🙃
Jet-Pack (IPACS) please tell me why you only make the less used variants? I really love this fight sim and would like to know why you don’t make the planes that will offer us more routes.
Like why making the A350-1000 instead of -900
No because they use the biggest versions of the planes (besides the 747 for some reason) for people’s enjoyment or something
I can understand this because some kids using the app would just care about "I WANT TO FLY THE BIG PLANE 👹" so they would just like the -1000 a350 regardless of realistic flight ops for example.
But Aerofly really has the potential to be the best mobile flight sim out there just need to be more serious about it aircraft’s choice
Hi,
I’ve noticed that Aerofly often introduces aircraft variants that are less commonly used in real life, which seems to limit the number of routes and liveries available. For example, the 787-10 is included, but the 787-9 is far more widely used. Similarly, the 737-900 is featured, while the 737-800 is the most popular variant globally and would offer the most liveries. The same goes for the 737 MAX series—why not prioritize the MAX 8, which is more prevalent?
I’ve also heard that you’re working on the A350, but it’s the -1000 variant instead of the -900, which again is more common in real-world operations.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to prioritize the variants that offer the most route and livery options? I’d love to understand the reasoning behind these choices, as it feels like focusing on the most widely used variants would enhance the experience for users.
Looking forward to your response!
