I’d like to share a very relevant suggestion from a fellow user who is passionate about your simulator. They pointed out the absence of several key airports from the French overseas territories, despite the fact that some of the airlines featured in the simulator actually serve these destinations in real life.

Here are some examples of important airports that would be great to include:

• Pointe-à-Pitre (TFFR) – Guadeloupe
• Fort-de-France (TFFF) – Martinique
• Saint-Denis Roland-Garros (FMEE) – Réunion Island
• And more generally, other overseas airports such as those in Mayotte, French Guiana, French Polynesia, etc.

Adding these destinations would create more realistic and complete routes, especially for long-haul flights from mainland France. It would also encourage users to spend more time flying in the simulator, with a wider range of engaging and authentic flight options.

Hi Aerofly team,

I play on an iPad 2022 and really enjoy the simulator, but I was wondering if in the future it would be possible to have more 3D buildings in areas that currently have very few. On my device, only a few cities have 3D buildings, and even in those, there aren’t that many. Do you plan to add more 3D buildings one day for users like me who don’t have full 3D coverage across the world map?

First of all, thank you for your amazing simulator – I really enjoy using it. I just wanted to share some feedback regarding the scenery in Africa and the Middle East, especially around Dubai and nearby areas. Right now, those regions feel very underdeveloped: there’s mostly just flat-colored terrain without much detail or 3D objects, which really breaks the immersion.

Do you have any plans to improve the visual quality in these areas, similar to what we see in Europe or the U.S.? It would be great for those of us who enjoy flying in that part of the world.

I’d like to express my disappointment regarding the night flying experience in Aerofly FS. Once you reach a certain distance or altitude, all ground lighting disappears completely, which ruins the immersion and realism of the simulator.

This makes the visuals look very poor, with a completely dark ground and no signs of city lights or roads—something that should definitely be visible during a night flight. It takes away all the enjoyment of flying at night and significantly reduces the quality of the experience.

I strongly encourage you to improve this aspect by ensuring that city and road lights remain visible at all distances and altitudes, as is the case in other flight simulators. This would greatly enhance immersion and make night flying much more enjoyable and realistic.

Which iPad model would you recommend to get the best possible performance, smooth experience, and full 3D buildings in the simulator — including clouds, lights, and complex aircraft like the A350 — without any lag?

I’m experiencing performance issues on Aerofly FS running on my iPad 2022 (4 GB RAM, 256 GB storage). Before the latest update, everything was running perfectly, but now I’m facing the following problems:

• City lights at night don’t display correctly — sometimes I only see a few lights.
• Clouds are causing major lag and make the simulator nearly unplayable.
• The Airbus A350 cockpit has severe bugs — textures load incorrectly and the cockpit lags a lot.

It’s frustrating because everything worked fine before the update. Are there any plans to fix these issues in an upcoming patch? Thank you for your work and support.

Hello Aerofly FS team,

I just wanted to point out a small detail that’s missing on the Airbus A350 in the Air Caraïbes and French bee liveries — the Rolls-Royce logo is not visible on the engines.

As you know, these A350s are equipped with Trent XWB engines, and in real life, the Rolls-Royce logo is clearly displayed on the nacelles.

Adding this detail would enhance the realism and immersion for users who care about flying as accurately as possible.

First of all, thank you for your amazing flight simulator — I truly enjoy using it every day!

I wanted to suggest a few visual improvements that could enhance the realism even further. It would be great to see:

• Condensation trails in the air (those white streaks behind the wings at high altitude or in humid conditions),
• Engine condensation trails,
• And especially, tire smoke when the landing gear touches down on the runway.

These small visual effects would add a lot to the immersion and realism, especially for those of us who love flying as realistically as possible. Thank you for listening, and keep up the great work!

Hello Aerofly team,

I’m having an issue with the CRJ 900 and the Dash 8 Q400 on the mobile version of the simulator. After starting the engines and trying to taxi, the wheels don’t turn, as if the landing gear is stuck or the nose wheel steering isn’t working.

I don’t know which button to press or what procedure to follow to make the aircraft taxi properly. Could you please help me and let me know what I need to do to make the wheels turn and control the aircraft on the ground?
