You can select Start with Engines Running and then You can shutdown the engines that way.
The cold and dark everywhere like on a Boeing 777-300ER and the Boeing 787 Dreamliner will require major rework on those Planes.

fighter pilots have ejection seats so therefore it is a POSSIBILITY that the pilots dies, yes; but they can also eject

Same here. Is it possible that you can add a 'shutdown' setting so I can shut it down myself? No rush. Do you think you can give us an estimate how long it will be until it's added?
