Wow, thats nice, never seen it like that. Which program allows you to see Aerofly models like that? I changed the aerodynamic shape of an aircraft and would also like to see visually how the yellow lines look in my case. Thanks

I’m curious about the aerodynamic model in Aerofly RC.
What methods are used to simulate airflow and the lift distribution over the wings, is it maybe Anderson or Roskam methods calculating in the background?
Is it based on computational fluid dynamics, vortex/panel methods, or simplified lookup tables for each airfoil?

Thanks for such quick answer, so as I understand all the coefficients are constant for all angles of attack and the lift and drag forces depend on the exposed area and speed only.

Hi, I am making my own aircraft for aerofly rc and have some questions about the coefficients in [aerofuselage] string. As I understand coefficient Cdx is constant since it is present only when aircraft is flying perfectly straight in the direction of x axis. But what about other coefficients Cdz, Clz, Cdy, Cly and Cm, do they have any relation to the AOA eg. higher AOA, higher the coefficient or are they also just a constant value in all AOA scenarios?
I would very much appreciate any explanation since I couldn't find any details on aerofly wiki or already discussed on this forum.
