Hello, I have a suggestion which, as far as I can remember, has already been put forward in the forum, but which was probably overlooked. I’m bringing it up again. I find that the game’s sky colours are a bit "dreary". Let me explain: in Aerofly, the sky is a uniform colour with no real gradation, and it’s quite a dark blue, which gives it that slightly dreary look.
Here’s a photo of what the sky currently looks like in the game:
Here’s another photo of how, in my opinion, it would be better:
And finally, here’s what it actually looks like:
I think it would be cool to change that in a future update, even though I know it's been mentioned before, especially as I don't think it's that complicated. Then there's also the fact that the clouds aren't very realistic, but I reckon that's because they're just 2D images spinning around.

I believe that French companies did not want to be selected
, neither Transavia for the A320neo nor Air France for the B787-9.
What about the A320Neo? Is there TURKISH AIRLINES?
I believe Turkish Airlines does not have any A320neo aircraft, only A321neo aircraft, but no A320neo aircraft. I will need to double-check, but I am almost certain.
Yes, really, I'm disgusted. I was eagerly awaiting Air France's B787-9...
Does the new A320NEO have the fuel pump sound, whale sound effect and improved ptu sound as well?
So, as for the fuel pump, I don't know, but Jan has confirmed that there is indeed a whale sound and a PTU.
Can we get Global Airlines livery for the A380 in this update? Are there any chances of that happening.?
I don't think so
I'm not an expert on the subject either, but PW1127G-JM engines are known for their "whale song"??? If that's the case, I hope this one will be installed on the A320neo
I think that the already existing sound are good enough.
It's not incredible, but it's certainly not bad.
I'm actually no longer sure if I updated the electric pump sounds or not, was a long time ago and we've done many many changes after that.
Actually, I myself mentioned electric pumps in a thread, but does that mean there's a new sound?
Hi. Does anyone know which airports have detailed signs as this one below? Thanks!
The only two large/medium airports I know of are : Stuttgart and Key West.
We need more informations on the laptop's specifications to answer
Could you describe it more specific? CPU? GPU? RAM DDR 4/5?
It's a Lenovo V14 G4, with an AMD Ryzen 3 7320U processor, a Radeon 610M integrated graphics card, 8GB of DDR5 RAM and a 128GB SSD. I admit, it's not incredible performance.
Could IPACS, add more movement to the wing and even some to the engine like there is in the real aircraft while taxiing, takeoff, turbulence or any thing in general, it would add more realism to the sim and also could you please add sounds such as rumbling when the aircraft taxis and also please make the dhu dhu dhu noise when the aircraft is taking off and is maintaining centre line
I think it's a great idea, even while the plane is taxiing, just to see the wings move a bit more like they do in real life would be superb.
Hi, I have a question.
In France, the government gives us laptops (Lenovos with 8 GB RAM) while we're studying. I don't know if this is enough to run Aerofly fs 4 , even if it's a work PC. I'd still like to use it to fly.
How would you expect it to run as stand alone in VR? I am using the Quest 3 with a Nvidia 5080, with 64gigs of ram and a i7 14700k. It would stutter with my older 4070 when running in Ultra, It would look and run really bad as a stand alone download.
The Quest 3 isn't powerful enough on its own. A pure Quest 3 version would have to come with a lot of limitations, I imagine. Besides, there's nothing better than flying with HOTAS. And that's only possible on PC.
I can run PlayStation games on Meta Quest, so Aerofly, which is an optimised game, I thought the Meta headset was more than powerful enough.
A VR future in aerofly?
Hi, I'd like to talk about a subject that isn't urgent, but I'd like it to become increasingly so.
Virtual reality (VR) is booming at the moment, and I've always heard that Aerofly is the best VR-compatible game, with the best gaming experience, but unfortunately you need a good PC to run Aerofly, and then connect it to your VR headset.
I have a Meta Quest 3 like this :
And I'd like to have, please, in the future, this game with an option to download it directly, without going through a PC.
It would make things a lot easier for VR gamers, although sadly I don't think there are many
.
Can we just stop making these threads? This constantly gets annoying with people asking for this and that. Just stop.
Yes, but I don't entirely agree, even if I understand that it might bother some people. It's true that creating several threads to say the same thing in the end is disturbing. It would be better if IPACS created a thread about the aircraft that players want and another with the liveries that players want in the simulation. That would make things easier.![]()
