There should be an option to control trim without having to click switches in the cockpit, for example there is a gear button in the bottom right. There should be two trim buttons somewhere, one to decrease pitch trim and increase pitch trim. It can be a option in control settings. Maybe even aileron trim or rudder trim like what I stated earlier
