Probably not, because of physics
Is it possible to step-climb?

Which aircraft, what altitude, what payload and fuel did you set? When fully loaded most airliners can't climb above FL310 or 330, similar to the real world.
"When fully loaded most airliners can't climb above FL310 or FL330"
So if I filled an A380 to the "Heavy" status in the Fuel & Load Menu, It wouldn't be able to climb to lets say, 39,000 feet?
Are you using VNAV? And which aircraft?
The only thing that seemed to be fixed was the 787’s gear, everything else is still broken.. 🤦♂️
I tested it this morning on the A320NEO, and managed descent is now behaving normally again. This was an issue on all routes with all aircraft, but I first discovered it while flying from Seoul to Taipei back in July. Thanks again!
This has been answered numerous times, it's already fixed in the developer versions for month but the fix cannot be released on it's own, it should be fixed with the next major update.
Hello again Jan! Has this been fixed with today's December update?

Unless we get a 7th feature ready.
Oh boy..
Managed descent will be fixed this update too, patiently and excitedly waiting.. 👀
I’m sorry, WHAT!? ![]()
Has the update been released yet? Jan said it did via the blog post but it’s not showing up on the IOS app store..
May you link the post that this issue has been addressed in?
As an alternative to the ongoing managed descent bug, which compromises flight stability, I’ve found that following the green dot on the altitude tape with V/S works just fine with Airbus aircraft. Similarly, I also use the vertical profile equipped on the 737 series with V/S.
Though, with aircraft like the 777 and 747, which do not possess that technology, what do I do? I haven’t used both aircraft since and would love to use them again if there was a solution provided to this issue
Can you send a screenshot of the "green line" on the screen?
Hi, I know this thread is useless, but ive been trying to master flying the A320,
I usually just turn on the APU and all the other stuffbut when it comes to the MCDU when i set the navigation data, like LIRP/EGSS it doesnt show up on the nav screen, what should I do?
on really any plane with an MCDU, you can put in your flight info by simply just clicking the buttons on the side of the tab you want to input that information into.
start with the TO page, where you can input your V1, VR, V2, weight, fuel economy, etc
after that there’s also other pages which you may want to check out, but i personally don’t use them.
or fix the descent bug that has been reported for months with zero word from the devs..
hey all, i was casually landing a 737-800 when i found the papi lights to (imo) be extremely innacurate. is this really too high..? not even one red? or am i actually too high..
screenshot was taken at 69 feet (nice) ground altitude.
just to clarify, vnav will slow down to 140-135 knots on final approach right? i dont really trust it with my flights so i manage my speed manually.
hey all, i tend to get anxious during descent/approach on my flights. nothing too serious, i just DREAD the feeling of landing bad after a long flight.
fortunately my approaches/landings have drastically improved as ive started to get the hang of the game more, though i still feel a little unsure at times.
if possible, could i get a speed reference from one of yall? (e.g 235 knots @ 18,000ft, 205 knots @ 10,000ft, etc..)
thanks!
will it appear again anytime soon?
