Well I've programmed almost all of the aircraft systems for Aerofly FS myself, so I know a few things yes. But even I learn things about the real aircraft everyday. If you compare the overhead panels of the A319, A320, A321, A320neo and now A321XLR side by side you'll notice a lot of differences. All of those take time to implement but I also learned a lot about what changes and new additions Airbus has made to their real world aircraft over time and I find that quite fascinating.
