I have following suggestion. I hope this helps you:
Activation of feature: A button in the top right menu can activate the feature. If pressed and the requirements are met, there will be a pop-up notification which says: "Background flight successfully saved as "Flight 1" ". Then the user would be able to leave the current flight.
If the requirements are not met,bit would say: "You don't meet the requirements, use of feature not possible".
Requirements: For example: Copilot turned on, altitude at least 5000 ft, a complete navigation route set or something else.
Manage ongoing background flights: In the main menu, there would be a menu called "Background flights". In the menu would be slots for the ongoing background flights. If the user clicks on them, it would show a button to delete the flight, a button to resume the flight and information about the flight, for example a map, which aircraft is used, where it took off and if set, the destination of the flight. If the start button in the main menu is pressed, it won't go to one of the background flights.
In the settings menu, there would be a few settings for this feature:
1. Notifications: The user has the option to be notified via notification if some requirements/circumstances are met, like time to arrival (adjustable), if the plane decents under a specific altitude (adjustable), if the decent starts, if the flaps start lowering or if the plane crashed. This can be adjusted for each flight individually and resets to the state set in the settings, when the flight is done.
2. Auto-pause: The game can, if wanted by the user, automatically pause the flight if some requirements/circumstances are met, like time to arrival (adjustable), if the plane decents under a specific altitude (adjustable), if the decent starts or if the flaps start lowering. This can be adjusted for each flight individually and resets to the state set in the settings, when the flight is done.
3. Auto deletion: If the user wants, the flight can auto delete itself when it isn't resumed for a week, if the plane crashed or if the plane landed.
Calculation on server: Allows that performance and battery can be saved on users devices and that the user can shut down the device completely.
User account: The user can create a user account to be able to be able to resume flights on other devices.
I get what you’re trying to do here, but it feels very similar to features that already exist in other simulators. As Jet mentioned, Aerofly is trying to go in a different direction, and most of these ideas are basically things we’ve already seen elsewhere.
About the auto pause, I honestly don’t see much point in it. It’s a flight simulator. If you need to stop, you can just pause the sim or leave the flight and come back later. We already have that functionality, so adding another system for it just feels unnecessary.
The user account idea is actually something I agree with, but I think it should come together with a proper multiplayer mode. And realistically, that’s probably still far away since IPACS seems focused on other priorities right now.
For the background flights, I do like the idea, but it definitely needs limits. Having just one background flight at a time would make much more sense. Letting people run multiple flights simultaneously would probably be overkill and might even make things confusing.
Now, what the simulator really needs, in my opinion, is multiplayer. That would make a huge difference. Right now, I’m honestly trying not to lose interest. I keep making new routes and liveries just to keep things fresh.
Overall, Aerofly really needs some kind of refresh. Things like a proper rain system, a more realistic atmosphere, and visual improvements would go a long way. If they focused on that and did it right, I think most people wouldn’t even mind waiting a bit longer for multiplayer.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately running on "more channels" would only take away time from development. And the polls would be heavily biased towards the most dedicated users and would not actually be a good cross section of all users.
But it doesn’t make sense. If you want to see the simulator grow more and more, you should promote your work more, right? I believe Aerofly has huge potential. At the very least, you could sponsor some content creators to help promote the simulator even further!
One more thing, could you take a look at my bug report later?

Great suggestion, I'm also about to kickstart a flightsim related project evolving around AeroFly on my YT channel soon.
Although I fear that this post will be erased as IPACS is allergic to AI, although the technology has clearly proven useful for international communication purposes, and generally has more advantages then disadvantages...Yeah, unfortunately once I talked about updates and an admin deleted my post lol. I think this is going to be another one that gets deleted.

Hello everyone,
I would like to share an idea that could greatly improve community interaction and the overall experience in Aerofly.
First, I think it would be very interesting if IPACS implemented a community voting system for upcoming liveries. Many aircraft are still missing important and popular airline paint schemes, and allowing players to vote on which ones should be added next would be excellent. This is something that works very well in Infinite Flight and helps the community feel more involved in the simulator’s development, while also ensuring that the most requested liveries are prioritized.
In addition, I believe IPACS could improve its communication outside of the forum. Currently, the forum is practically the only communication channel, which feels a bit limited. Expanding to platforms like Discord or TikTok would make a big difference, both for promotion and for interacting more directly with the community.
From my own experience, I create content about Aerofly and have been gaining more and more followers over time. What surprises me the most is how many people have discovered the simulator through my content. I am very happy to help promote it, but this also shows that Aerofly has much greater potential to reach new audiences.
For this reason, I believe the simulator should be more actively promoted by IPACS itself. With better communication and more community involvement, Aerofly could grow even more and attract a much larger audience.
Thank you for your attention, and I hope this suggestion can be considered.

I noticed a possible bug in the Boeing 777 family in Aerofly. The aircraft’s chronometer seems to count only up to 59 minutes, and once it reaches that value, it resets to zero instead of continuing (for example, 1h00min, 1h01min, etc.).
I was performing a flight from RCTP to PANC. Below is a screenshot taken during arrival at PANC, where the chronometer shows 55 minutes.
While on the ground, I took another screenshot since I had forgotten to stop the chronometer at touchdown. As we can see, it is showing 10 minutes, meaning it reset.
In another simulator (X-Plane), the chronometer works normally and continues counting past 59 minutes without resetting.

Do you keep your Aerofly FS running in the foreground without any disturbances or do you frequently switch between apps?
Actually, after reviewing the recording, I noticed what causes this type of cut. What happens is that when I leave to adjust the weather conditions, the flight log bugs and cuts the record.
This didn’t happen before, which is why I was questioning it. I apologize for the confusion, but it still seems strange. If it happens again without me making this kind of change, I will report it.

Try not the leave the game,If this blue screen appears ,it will look discontinued.
Vale ressaltar que em nenhum momento saí do simulador, nem houve qualquer tipo de interferência durante os voos. Também enviarei a rota para que você possa verificá-la.
I pointed out that it still bugs even without leaving the simulator.

Hello,
First of all, thank you very much for the update. My game is running perfectly on Vulkan and it stopped overheating so much lol, before, it felt like I could fry an egg on my phone.
However, recently my flight log has been bugging, and I would like to know if this is happening only to me. This occurs both in manual route flights and in flights with routes generated by the simulator itself. I will attach some screenshots for analysis.
It is worth mentioning that at no point did I leave the simulator, nor was there any kind of interference during the flights. I will also send the route so you can check it.
This issue had stopped before, but after the new update it started happening again. I would like to understand why this is happening and how to fix it.
Thank you in advance, and congratulations on the update.
Device specifications: S25 Ultra

I just wanted to post this beautiful photo😍😍😍,some people would say it's not a phone game. (btw graphics on low)

Unfortunately, this will be one of the things that will take a long time to be fixed a really long time.

Version 1.5 (PC ONLY!) is now available with a ground air cart for bleed air. The ground air cart will provide bleed air for engine start and cabin conditioning on the ground if the following conditions are met:
// GROUND HIGH PRESSURE AIR CART
// On ground + park brake set + APU Shutdown
// Connected with 0 or 1 engine running
// Disconnects with both engines runningIn real life, airports require crew to use the APU for the minimum amount of time possible. EXT power and Ground air should always be used if available.
I have also added additional system faults with the APU - APU Bleed Air faults/ APU Gen failure/ APU gen frequency anomalies.
This is system logic only, no visual ground cart on the ramp - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HMulXR…?usp=drive_link
Do you plan to do anything on mobile?

I would like to ask a question: are there any plans to improve the replay system and add a free camera to the mobile version?
It’s very frustrating to have to stop the flight every 1:37 just to record the screen. It would be great to have at least 3 to 5 minutes of replay — it wouldn’t need to be the entire flight.
Regarding the free camera, it’s something that is really missed. Since it has already been implemented on the PC version, I think it would be a good idea to bring it to mobile as well.
If this question has already been answered before, please feel free to disregard it.

I was able to make it like this
