Yeah Aerofly FS4 scenery doesn't look that good out of the box unless your flying in California, Switzerland or New York State. What you see are community created satellite image tiles. User IZ0JUB (Michael) created image tiles for the majority of the UK (and many other places) for AF2 and some HD ones for some areas in AF4, but I believed they have been pulled and are no longer currently available. Michael would have to say as to why that was. They are quite beautiful and a vast improvement over the default textures of this region. The coastline finishing is awful on those and very distracting from any sense of immersion the SIM creates. Not sure if this will ever be improved, as the work involved is vast and IPACS is only a small team.
