HEMS Missions Generator

Thanks to the beauftiful heliports to be found at flight-sim.org, it was time to build a missions generator for HEMS missions.

The tool needs a list of heliports, hospitals and possbile emergency sites, will automatically download the weather - and you got yourself a set of random missions.

I am still testing this, but stay tuned.
