Flying 777F is very difficult, Especially at the time of landing,Plane goes high sink rate even after the flare, and end up with very hard landing or tail strike:(

Too heavy cargo.

I find that with all Boeing aircraft that you must keep a high rate of descent until over the threshold then flat slightly and your speed will gradually decrease resulting in a smooth landing. For the wide bodies, the landing speed will be around 147-150 kts and for the narrow bodies (737’s) it will be around 140-145 kts. Another way to help you is to start the flare at the 20 or 10 GPWS call-out and make sure that your flare is not too rapid/harsh
