They shouldn’t have put up new sun canopies until after that chopper guy left.

Flying sun canopies are currently not implemented in this simulator.

There are, however, many vertical obstacles where you can visually control the helicopter's movement and which you can also get stuck in if you're not careful. If Bala could land the Ec on the roof of a bus, then with a little practice he should be able to do this too.
