Seeing the near new moon’s brightness that is some reflection!
The helicopter blades are slightly coned but ‘optically’ they have no angle of attack. The reflections should be rotated anti-clockwise to something like 5.00 or 4.30 o’clock for the near blade, it would be angled to the left by about 4 degrees to grab lift out of the air (by your favourite aerodynamic lift theory).
