I think it's just the strobe effect that makes the propeller appear stationary. Only on the Cessna, of course. The Baron is in the shade.

On all model traffic (GA) the propellers are stopped and come back into operation between 2 and 3 meters from the ground. A small problem dating from 2022 and always good to report.
