I thought the right way is to advance the thrust lever to 50%, then to the flx/mct?

Yes.. Always. I also extend the thrust lever to the first click during takeoff.

Am sorry if this is a duplicate, but I can't seem to find a detailed explanation why am getting this message in even though I make sure I put the flex temperature number in the performance page in the mcdu. Can someone please explain what getting wrong?

Hello, just wondering if anyone plays atc in background while flying. What's the best app for it and is even possible also play cabin announcements?, especially for IOS. Thank you.
