Will this update have improved performance / adjustable sliders to meet player's need based on their hardware and some bug fixes / QOL improvements? For example, when exiting the app and resuming a Concorde flight, it splits it into two separate legs instead of one continuous leg in the Concorde log book.

As you can see, if you position your aircraft in Longyearbyen, Norway (ENSB), supposedly at this time it is supposed to be 24 hour night, however, it is STILL 24 hours daylight there. In the South Pole, it is 24 hours night. The clock/date is out of sync.

Next update should be including these sliders that I suggested, so that players would actually enjoy the new features like new aircraft and more in the first place.

Does this mean we get fuel that actually drains during flight, and also an option for infinite fuel?

Exact same device. If i remember correctly, right after the version v01.05.01.08 (Android), my FPS sharply dropped, and the time slowing issue appears. In older versions, it simply lagged like any game would do, and lag would be rarer / less severe. Perhaps something changed in the rendering that caused this. When the version v01.05.04.09 released, I just decided to downgrade to the former version due to BIG issues with performance. I was forced to upgrade due to buildings/night lights not…

I have done a supposedly 8-hour flight but in real life, it took around 10-11 hours. This time dilation is very game-breaking and noticeable and should be considered to be resolved in next updates. If only render distance and some other adjustable settings were changed from before, it would be better to offer us sliders so that both low-end and high-end players can have a playable FPS.
I used to get a solid 30FPS (High graphics, 100%, OpenGL, FPS not limited) in JFK, now, I get 5-15FPS (Low,…

I see with the post-processing effects. However, I used to play on High graphics, 100% with reasonably stable frame rates unless if using detailed aircraft/being in detailed areas (which I find understandable). Now, its Low with unacceptably slow frame rates (with time slowing). It shows that the performance USED to be better, and therefore, there is room to optimize the sim.

MSFS has lots of graphics/performance settings, allowing various people with various hardware, from potato decade-old PCs to top-of-the-line newest hardware to run it smoothly and acceptably. And there is no 'time slowing/dilation' there. It is simple lag you see in other games. It would not be very hard to give us this flexibility to change our settings and to fix the optimization.

We should have a feature where players can use custom liveries created by players.

Update your Aerofly FS. Those planes have been there for quite some time in the default game

We should have like a main.mcf file put in an accessible folder in mobile. Or have modifiable settings like date in the built-in menu.

Should be considering the low-end users of the flight sim too. They are often the ones being most frustrated about these performance/FPS issues and most of them cannot afford to upgrade within a timeframe where the requirements are increasing faster than they can reasonably upgrade.

Samsung Tab A8, still running poorly even with night lights off. What actually changes when the graphics quality option is changed? I feel we need more flexibility for fine-tuning so that high-end devices and low-end devices can tune to options of their preference.
Like for example (Customizable graphics settings): RENDER DISTANCE slider from maybe 3NM to 100NM+ for example. Minecraft-like level for customizability.
Kipav replied to the thread The clock is working slow.
It would be nice that the devs return the old system where lag did not slow down time, and for them to allow us to fine tune our graphics settings (like render distance, building density, ...) either in a UI or in an accessible config file

I used to run the sim at 15-60+ FPS and it was usually stable and playable. High graphics, 100% quality. Now, even at low graphics, its worse. Especially with Airbus aircraft
Kipav replied to the thread The clock is working slow.
Happens to me too. The sim used to deal with low FPS differently. Slowed time destroys the realism of the sim.
