I think one major issue with SimBrief synchronisation is also outdated AIRAC, which IPACS doesn’t want to update right now due to higher costs. I type in my flight plan from SimBrief manually and often encounter the problem, that some waypoints are missing or have other names and that some STARS and SIDS are not identical. This just seems like a small issue because there sure are other waypoints and STARS/SIDS that get you to your destination, but it definitely decreases the realism.

I think they denied this multiple times, take a look at other posts. I use SimBrief currently and it kinda works (you just have to type in everything manually) but I think many players would love an integration! ;)
