Literally yeah, that’s exactly why I love the A330. From almost every video you see, it just settles so smoothly compared to most airliners.

I agree with this overall. The clouds at night do look unnaturally bright, and reducing visibility isn’t really a good solution since it removes distant city lights. Instead of a manual “darken clouds” slider, it would be really nice if cloud brightness naturally adjusted with time of day, similar to how overall lighting already transitions from day to night.
