[…] That’s normal in Airbus logic - managed speed is based on full landing config by default, not flaps 3. For CONF 3 you usually need to manually set Vapp + a bit (or select flaps 3 early so the FMGS recalculates). Otherwise it’ll always push you toward FULL.
