The electric master is on - meters needles active and fuel pump whines when on. Flywheel did not activate - no additional whine on pulling and holding the starter lever, no matter how long I held it. The engine never turned over. Exiting and restarting the flight did not change anything.
Got it working:
Electric Master ON
Right side automatic circuit breakers: A4-6, A8-10 IN; A7,11,12 OUT (critical is A9 has to be in - Engine start & ignition device)

Startup documentation is hard to find on the internet for this variant in FS 4.
I tried giving an inch of throttle, turned on Electric Master, Generator, Avionics. Pumped the engine primer a few times. Pulled the master ignition and then the Starter lever. Am I doing it wrong or startup is not modeled in FS 4?
