Could not clear message on the 787

After the update we got an authentic message page on the 787 CDU:

However, it’s not possible to actually CLR MSG, and it just stays there, and only automatically disappears when appropriate actions are taken. But then what’s the point of the CLR MSG button?

I’m no expert btw so correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks in advance for the info.

Thanks Jan, (personally) it’s a pretty big step ahead in terms of realism btw. Hope to see the plane to be more and more detailed in the future.
