Is it possible to increase the sound of the trim wheel in all 737 models and add a button for trim on the screen for easy use for all aircraft?

The trim wheel sound can get annoying especially if you don't know what that sound is. It is a bit quieter than in the real world to not confuse users.
As for trim buttons, I am all for it but the devs who add the buttons told me that there isn't enough screen space...
