Have you tried completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling it?
yep. When i do that, the second i go into the app, the scenery starts automatically downloading, and is stuck at 0.

The operating system needs several gigabytes of remaining storage space. I'd guess about 10 GB are kept free automatically and iOS asks you to delete files then. So realistically you only have 10GB remaining and so the operating system doesn't allow you to download more data.
Well, at this point I'm completely out of ideas. I have cleared around 30GB of space ( 34/64gb available ) and the scenery is still stuck on 0%. I really don't want my $2 to just go down the drain like that

Alright, i'll try deleting 10GB of photos/videos that i don't need, and we'll see if that works.
Make sure the device has enough free storage left and that it is fully charged as well.
43.5GB/64GB is used, so i would assume a good 20GB of free storage, and i have my phone basically constantly plugged in cos the app itself drains so much battery...
You try a hard restart?
Yep, I have tried powering off and powering on the entire device, to no avail. (In other words, as soon as i open the "regions" tab, it says downloading 0%"
Hi everyone, i recently downloaded Aerofly 2020 on my Iphone X, and i also bought the Switzerland Scenery. After buying, it began downloading, and what happened was i accidentally excited the app, causing it to stop downloading. When i went back, it said it hadn't been bought, which i fixed by pressing "restore purchases." Then, it downloaded again, but it is now forever stuck on 0% downloading. I have over 15GB or storage available, and I don't think it's a network issue as i can freely access the internet and do other things that requires wifi. I tried deleting the app, but as soon as i re-downloaded, it is still stuck on 0%.
Does anyone have a solution?
