Oh that's the reason why I keep on losing my 739 and max 9 everytime I modify the cockpit view to make it a little bit higher. It looks nicer like this -

OK, the two autopilots work and the yellow single warning then disappears. Everything is fine, it was my mistake, sorry. The GS display on the right is correct in my opinion 🤷. -

Works just like in the real world, yes.
The info shows that only one autopilot is currently being used, even though you selected two. When both NAV receivers are set to the same ILS frequency and the same course is set then this caution goes away below…
