They have replied consistently to you and many others telling you that this is due to the plane being kind of "empty"(ish) in fuel so it makes it climb way faster (and therefore descend slowly).

I understand were you’re coming from but what I do until it’s fixed is I decend a little early from TOD so I don’t have the speed brake out the whole time -

I recently actually had a real life experience where an A320 had to descend up to the very runway with the air brakes up all the way. Plane was probably also as empty as it can be before the emergency fuel plus the alternate airport fuel plus the… -

So you mean Empty A380 in real life also descends slowly, and pilots have to manually descend it with their speed breaks deployed all the time? And this could be okay for you but for me its not, i miss approach every time i fly A380 cuz it far high… -
