When using the prop change function on the f4U it drops the gears at the same time, and no I didn't assign the same button for both, on other airplane it feathers the prop and leaves the gears alone

You must have assigned the same for both: propeller speed and airbrake. The dive brakes in the F4U also extend the main gear (tail wheel is not extended). So check your airbrake assignment and propeller speed assignment maybe?

Ah that's it, thanks. I have the same button for airbrakes and propeller pitch (ran out of axis to assign). Thanks
