Could someone explain to me in detail how to transfer a video to the forum?

Since in this forum the communication format was changed, I have not sent any video to the forum, and for that reason I now find myself with that difficulty, also taking into account that in the icons to attach information, I do not find any linked to " videos".

one of the easiest ways is put your YouTube video URL here in the editor ...that should work, the forum did the rest ...
