Those are already legally here so it is all technical. An alternate would be to convert some of the XP-11 static libraries. All they ask is credit.
Who makes static displays? Not repainters, not airplane developers, I have no idea. It must be the artists that use 3d Warehouse and Sketchup. hmm.
