Good afternoon . The cockpit switches do not turn on or off the strobe/nav-logo etc on the A-320.

They do on my end, can you please elaborate?
Which version are you using?

The logo lights turn off when flaps are up and when you are in the air, that is the correct logic.
The two positions 1 and 2 control two sets of navigation lights. If one lamp is inop you can just use the other set and keep flying. Otherwise you'd have to replace it first before which would delay the flight.

The cockpit switches still DO NOT work.
If you disable the assistance options for aircraft lights, does it work then?
