I keep watching the Facebook page for updates and see so many negative comments from people who are running into issues and just don't seem to know how to resolve them. A popular one just now is people complaining about losing their purchases. They seem unaware of the option to restore the purchases or even if they are still logged in with their original Apple ID that clicking purchase again will actually restore that content and they will not be charged again.
Given there is rarely any responses from IPACS on Facebook, would it not make sense to create a Wiki for common issues and direct people there or at the very least this forum so others can assist? I personally do no have a Facebook account.
