Youre supposed to use it with btv basically what btv is its a normal autbrake but with a more advanced system. you select where you want to exit the runway the system then calculates based on the weight of the plane, configuration etc how much brake force it should apply. if you dont use reverse thrust the tire brake pads will have to compensate for that loss of deceleration meaning more wear and tear on the brake pads so just like in real life you should use reverse thrust when using btv

Btv doesnt stop the aircraft it slows it to about 20 knots which is the runway exit speed and then you take over and exit the runway

30% for the autobrake to work anything above and the autobrake wont decelerate as much

Basically airliners pretty much never use full power on take off because it uses alot of fuel and causes alot of unnecessary wear and tear so they have a few "thrust settings" such as derated take off 1 which is for example 90% thrust derated take off 2 which is 85% depending on the weight of the aircraft these dtos give sufficient power to take off

Brake to vacate automatically calculates the distance and how hard the plane needs to brake to exit at a chosen runway exit so all u have to do is arm it and when landing use reverse thrust the btv feature is basically just an enhanced auto brake normally on Airbus you have auto brake low medium and max but the btv works differently like I just explained

Switch the ND mode to plan then select the runway in the fms zoom in till you see the runway press a point on the runway where you want to exit it wok give you a list of options one of them is "btv exit" select that after that it is armed and then you turn the auto brakes on and btv should appear on your pfd

Thank you but unfortunately there are people talking in the background, paper rustling. We can't take a snippet from that sound. Like I said, it's very difficult to find good audio that has no background noises, no people talking, no other aircraft sounds like a nearby turboprop, no cabin announcement or music playing, nothing. I can try and make a synthetic sound for the flaps but I can't use a sample with background noises, otherwise these background noises will appear each time you move the flaps. And we don't want random noises to be played whilst the flaps are moving.

I'll try to get a better one in 2 weeks I also have some engine sound from the take off

Easy it was a little bit of a float this video was made 9 months ago I think it was in aerofly fs 2023 also

There are no taxi ways displayed so btv can't work if you select btv all it does is select maximum autobrake

In Aerofly FS4 you can open the map by pressing the "M" key. But I think there is no map on the mobile version of Aerofly Global.

Nope mobile version doesn't have that probably due to performance related issues on mobile devices not being powerful

So it is confirmed to be an a350k (a350-1000)
