aircraft suggestions for the future:
A340
Embraer 190
Embraer 195
Saab JAS 39 Gripen
Boeing 707That's it, I hope some of these aircraft come throughout the year.
If "throughout the year" is within the next 365 days and not a typo for years, at max only two may be released.
For reference, the A350 has been in development since June of 2024, meaning it's already been 9 months. The a340 is similar in complexity, and i can already imagine the 707's complexity as well

Here's a landing i did recently. I did pretty much everything I said above. Feel free to pause for closer looks

I usually end up over flaring and float down the runway, or flare too late and make a hard landing. My sensitivity for the controls are at the lowest possible.
Land at flaps 4, 140 knots for the A320 (138kt A319, 146kt A321), maintain around 0-3 degrees for approach descent
Once at 70ft, from 70 to 50ft slowly reduce throttle (ex 25% at 70ft to 22% at 50ft)
At 30ft cut throttle completely, and from 15ft to 5ft flare up to 5 degrees max (the A320 family is pretty floaty from what I've noticed). Maintain it until 0ft, then do the touchdown procedure
I use analog, and also set it to zero sensitivity. This is what works for me

The scimitar is what it's called. Some 737s have it.
Since there are several airlines that have 737 models with the scimitar, i think each airline with the scimitar in real life should have an option side by side. For example, having two delta options next to each other in the livery selection, with one having it and the other excluding it.

I do wish to see this in the game as well

I have the s24+. It handles aerofly very well, and with realistic lighting
Only issue is if you want to record clips, detailed airports (like Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Dubai) can result in 15-20fps clips even though the simulator runs at 40-50fps

I thought it was an American A320 for a second lol that's the first thing that showed
Same lol

Ummm okay, if its mobile your asking for then they had a post that said it will be hard to because of everything you'd have to render again and the amount of optimization would have to be crazy
I dont think rendering would be an issue, since that's what we're doing already with the external view we have. It would more so be adding the movement mechanics as a whole.

something between af22 and af23 is the closest to real.

I think this has been discussed before but the option not considered because the MAX9 already has split winglets and this might be a tad confusing. At least i think was the reasoning before.
I mean to that logic, the a319 and a320 would be confusing as well.
Theres a noticeable difference in not just the scimitar + winglets vs the max's winglet design, but also the engine design and size as well as the apu exhaust

You can call it whatever you want, but I still maintain that it's nonsense to demand something like this when there are so many other more important things that still need to be added.
If he has an idea and wants to share it, let him lol (and I'm also interested in this feature being added). Thats one of the purposes of a forum. Also, demanding is not the right word choice.
All he's saying is that he thinks its a good idea to add this extra feature. If the devs don't want to add it for whatever reason, cool! But that's for the devs to decide, not us forum users.

I remember about two years ago, the night time became brighter because of user feedback, but ive seen talks about the night being too bright after the update. I'm now curious about opinions on this change.

My wishlists:

This is gold 🤣

In aerofly fs global, the night lighting appears too bright, even in areas that are far from light sources. This makes the overall scene feel very unrealistic. But in aerofly fs 4 it has a more natural light attenuation effect, where areas farther from the light source appear darker, creating a more immersive experience. Will you consider adding light attenuation or some other graphic options to make the night view effect on Aerofly fs global like on Aerofly fs 4 in the future?
After looking at the picture i realized something. I think the issue is that for mobile, a lot of devices cannot handle the aircraft lights setting well, which makes landing and taxi lights have lower brightness and would just result in less visibility at night.

im on iphone 15 pro just wondering
Well, I also use a device that goes to 120. Whenever I enable this setting on my phone, aerofly is still capped at 60fps even with fps restriction off

That actually looks good so far!
An A330, and a 757 coming at the same time, wow.
With an A330 also user-developed on the side as well.
