Is this something planned for the short term? I'm a bit surprised we still don't have a way to save our camera positions.
Is not a critical feature, but definitely is something a lot of users would appreciate.
I love how easy this is done with X-Plane. I hope we can have something like that soon in Aerofly FS2 as well. 
Patience my friend. There are a lot of features we all want to see in Aerofly but we need to set priorities and get the more important stuff finished up first. I'm sure that we will eventually get to the cameras.
You can, however tweak this now by editing the the file in each aircraft folder. It's a bit tricky but it does save whatever position or camera that you add.
