Unable to update aerofly RC8

    Hi,

    After a long while, I tried to play with aerofly rc8 and found that an update is available. My aerofly is installed on my D drive. I.e. D:/ aerofly RC8

    Downloaded the update installer, but when executing it, I get the following message:

    I have the download version of aerofly rc8. Why is there no browse function to guide the installer to the path of the rc8 installation? BTW, I will not use the default path on my C drive because I want to keep my C drive clean and uncluttered.

    So how can I update my aerofly rc8?

    Did you manually move the installation onto the D drive?

    The installer looks for the installation folder using the registry. You might be able to fix the installation by editing your registry, though we can't recommend doing that unless you know what you're doing...

    You could move it back to the original installation path, apply the update and then move it back.

    Or uninstall it and use the installer option to chose a new path, then the next update should find the other path just fine.
