Unable to select FROM/TO in A320

Good evening.

I was trying to create a flight plan from scratch using the MCDU. Some city pairs in INIT page do not work, for example LIRF/LEMD, KMIA/KLAX or KMIA/KJFK. Only the first part (for example LIRF/---) is displayed. Nevertheless if using Navigation menu it there is no problem. Strange thing as supposedly a flight plan can be created via MCDU.

I think it’s a question of the region it is loaded where you spawn. The region you try to reach isn’t loaded at the moment and does not exist.

I read something like this somewhere in the forum...

Yes, there was an optimization that was added which broke this feature. The airport identifier is unknown because it is not loaded when it's far away. I have a fix ready on the internal developer version but I'm not sure when this can go public, could still be a while.

Good morning. Thank you for the info, nevertheless I can create the flight plan from the Navigation screen and all airports are displayed in the map.
