I'll take the 18

  • I have just finished reading this book by Scott H Gloodt. If anyone is interested in the bread and butter stories of freighting with the Beech 18 it is a wonderful read about this solid performer. Those pilots were really good back then. 9000 of them produced 1937 - 1979. Many good stories and anecdotes in there. I read the electronic version on my tablet with the Kobo app. :)

  • My greatest aviation book was "Stick & Rudder" from Wolfgang Langewiesch. I wish I had known about this book at the beginning of my flight careet. Teaches the basics of flying, even though it is really old.

    Sadly no eBook version available.

But thanks for the recommendation, I am going to check that out
